Mission Overview:

Core Objectives:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
- Identify and qualify new business leads through market research, networking, and prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within healthcare organizations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of PatientGenie's solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to optimize sales strategies and initiatives.
- Prepare and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements with clients.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities to drive business growth.
- Represent PatientGenie at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Candidate Profile:
- Hold at least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the healthcare or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, challenges, and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and productivity suites.
Preferred Experience:
- Industry Insight: Previous roles in healthcare technology, and healthtech startups provide a distinct advantage, as does possessing a robust professional network within the healthcare sector.
- Deal Closer: A track record of securing deals within an average size range of $350k-$1M+ ARR is highly desirable.
